As attraction for visitors, even if you are not willing to stay there, you can go to the observation deck with outdoor terrace which is also won the award as the highest observation deck. Well, this tourist attraction is definitely not for average people, since the ticket price quite expensive. For scheduled ticket, price for adults (above 13) is 100 AED and for children (4 up to 12 years old) is 75 AED.
